No natural light inside the room. Took a long time to check in.

Location , hotel just in front of BTS station. And breakfast quite good

The amount of money is what it is . The canal is smelling in the washroom

The staff at the front desk were soooo great!

There are not much eateries along this street. Although Mcdonalds is there and street food was there at a rare instance but most of the restaurants are very expensive

A good place!

I liked the location. It's convenient to go to different places by BTS. I liked also the breakfast menu. And the room was clean and spacious.

I didn't get to swim because it was being maintained. I would have liked it if this information was boldly stated.

Comfortable, good location, great staff

My room was very big, the staff were very friendly

The hot water in my shower didnt work. After speaking to reception, staff assessed and said it was working, but again ,only worked for about 10 seconds

I love the location, checkin was fuss free, breakfast is good, concierge Mike/ Michael very friendly n helpful.

However, i felt a liitle cheated by the booking engine. I searched for 2 adult n a child. Results came out either u buy 2 basic rooms or there was the option of the junior suite which had an 'exta large double bed' which will fit my child as well .But when i checked in they made me pay extra 1000baht per person per night. If that was the case, i would hv chosen another hotel that was also nearby bt cheaper for 3 persons. I had to pay extra cos my reservation was non refundable. I know hotels hv their policies bt i still felt cheated. Dont let me have the option of the suite then.

Comfort in the heart of Bangkok.

Room was perfect, bed very comfortable, great bathroom for all needs and superb breakfast bufet in hotel restaurant with ambience music.

Windows don't seem to be noise proof as the busy street (room 802) disturbed untill well after midnight.

100 Meter to BTS Skytrain

I get first a room on 2. floor. No windows, rats or mouse in the ceiling. Smells bad. In the stairwell trash, old shares and furniture. New room on the 6. floor was better, but small. Windows so old you can listen to the birds outside without open windows. Never again!!

Value for money as breakfast was included in the price. The breakfast was good and tasty with many choices. Close to Nong Chit BTS. Bed was comfy.

Room was small. Soundproofing needs improving.

Nice big room, sky deck swimming pool, polite and helpful staff. Excellent location, just next to Chong NongSi BTS station.

If possible, can have a mirror with a dressing table in the room. The mirror in the toilet is by the side, it is abit hard to do make up.

A central location and good facilities, polite staff

Great location, 1min walking to Chong Nonsi BTS, surrounded by Thai and western restaurants and coffee bars. The swimming pool on the 10th floor and some rooms face the Maha Nakhon building, lovely view! My room was a great deal for the price I paid. There’s a tv, a sofa, a desk, a small balcony, a fridge; the bed is comfortable, the room is clean. Staff is kind and attentive.

The Wi-wi kept disconnecting and it was quite slow at times; toiletries are basic ( but there are plenty of 7/11 where you can supply); baggage storage is quite expensive if you need to leave your luggage, but try to negotiate with the staff at reception, they might help you. Traffic is really bad in this part of the city, so it’s not an ideal location if you plan to drive or use taxi a lot, the BTS is the best option.

Best budget place I've stayed in Thailand

Big room, comfortable bed, delicious room service food, very good location so close to trains, Patpong area, embassies and great food options everywhere, Great price. Very happy with the hotel

not a lot really . no power outlet at the work desk and a little noisy with aircon boxes outside the windows

excellent stay in a great location

At first it was hard to find with the entrance a bit tucked away, but the location was excellent. Probably better to stay here than the actual city center. It has a great connection to the BTS too. The infinity pool is not gorgeous but it's nice to relax in and not a bad view.

The staff didn't speak english very well and they promised us someone would bring us to our room but nobody came (after asking several times). Only when we complained our room was suddenly available (later than promised check in time). It was probably busy, but still - an english speaking manager would be nice.

It's was an alright stay.

Location was great, coffee places, gym, bts are all at a stone's throw.

Cockroaches in the room, on the day I arrived and the day I left. The Wi-Fi shut down on me when I was trying to book my grab to catch a bus, and nobody did anything about it.
